Master Cooper's comments:  I have been  training martial arts all my life and my passion is to promote Martial Art and share my knowledge to help others achieve their martial art goals.   I have been teaching Martial arts for many years at the local Taekwondo schools and gyms in the Middlesex county and Worcester county here in Massachusetts before I opened my own school in July of 2008.  While starting small at the local civic center I was quite surprised that I had quite a following and was finally able to open my own school in Marlborough, MA.

In my class, everyone is expected to respect each other, not to judge or criticize, encouraging everyone to help and support each each other with encouraging words.  Martial art is not all just physical.  There are mental and spiritual aspect that I want everyone to experience and learn from.  Students must be respectful, humble, have humility, self-discipline, and  self-control.  We want our students to learn to be a positive influence to the society and a good role model to our younger generation.

I encourage them to seek the truth in life and never let others influence their decisions but at the same time, stay open to suggestions so that they can make informed intelligent decision.

My Philosophy is "don't be a "follower", be a leader and follow your heart and be true to yourself.  Don't just do things because you've been told, experiment and seek knowledge that works for you and above that, be respectful.

In life, one should always look at the glass half full instead of half empty, but in spirit the glass should always be empty so you can always absorb more knowledge.  Another words, have a positive attitude in life (glass is half full) but be humble enough to open your mind (empty your cup) to new ideas.
