I have added some short workouts that I have been doing at home or sometimes in our Open Floor to supplement my training.  These short workout programs I have been following have done wonders for me in terms of fitness and have really helped me in my endurance. It also helped me stay active on the days or weeks I could not train martial arts due to injuries or from falling ill. There are many great exercise that you can do at home with no equipment.
