About Our Classes
Cooper's
New England Martial Arts offers wide variety of classes. We offer Taekwondo, Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts.
We offer Taekwondo a
traditional Korean martial art. In Taekwondo you will learn various
types of kicks, hand strikes and blocks, footwork, and forms. Taekwondo
is great for children as it develops motor skills, agility,
discipline, self-control and self-respect in addition to self defense
techniques. For adults it maintains fitness, promotes weight-loss,

Our Kickboxing
class offers excellent cardio workout while learning to throw a basic
punch and kicks against a Muay Thai or Wavemaster bag. Students
benefit from great overall cardio workout, stress reliever, weight
loss, increase physical fitness and conditioning, and its a great
introduction to martial art. We have great upbeat high energy music
that will keep you motivated.
In our Mixed Martial Arts
class, students can benefit from learning stand up, take downs and
ground techniques. Many elements of traditional as well as modern
styles are incorporated within our MMA curriculum for those who are
interested in becoming well rounded fighters.
