About our classes
Cooper's New England Martial Arts offers a wide variety of classes.  Our classes are designed to teach our students effective self defense method as well as high quality techniques that can be utilized in sparring competitions or in real life situations.  Students can benefit from learning self defense in an controlled and safe environment.  Our facility is fully equipped to ensure safe training for children as well as adults.  
If you are looking to learn a traditional martial arts, we offer Taekwondo for age 4 and above.  Our Taekwondo style is WTF and focus on Olympic style training.  Our Taekwondo classes teach kicking drills, sparing techniques, hand blocking and striking techniques as well as forms.  Taekwondo is ideal for children as it develops motor skills, agility, discipline and keeps them active.  It is also ideal for adults as it maintains fitness, promotes weight-loss, excellent stress relieve and it is excellent for circulation as we constantly stretch before, during and after class.
Our Kickboxing class offers excellent cardio workout while learning to throw a basic punch and kicks against a Muay Thai or Wavemaster bag.  Students benefit from great overall cardio workout, stress reliever, weight loss, increase physical fitness and conditioning, and its a great introduction to martial art.  We have great upbeat high energy music that will keep you motivated.  
In our Mixed Martial Arts class, students can benefit from learning stand up, take downs and ground techniques.  Many elements of traditional as well as modern styles are incorporated within our MMA curriculum for those who are interested in becoming well rounded fighters.
