About Our Classes
 
Cooper's New England Martial Arts offers wide variety of classes martial art styles.  We offer Taekwondo, XMA, Kickboxing, MMA and Combat Training.
 
 
We offer Taekwondo a traditional Korean martial art.  In Taekwondo you will learn various types of kicks, hand strikes and blocks, footwork, and forms. Taekwondo is great for children as it develops motor skills, agility, discipline, self-control and self-respect in addition to self defense techniques.  For adults it maintains fitness, promotes weight-loss, excellent stress relieve and promotes circulation.  To find out more about Taekwondo, click here.
Our XMA or Extreme Martial Art class is excellent for those who are looking for a Non traditional martial art and wants to focusing on flashy Kata/Form moves with use of weapons.  There will be many acrobatic moves as well as repetitive weapons training specifically for the Kata or forms.  There is no Self Defense used in this class and there is no sparring, its pretty much all forms and training complex kicks.
Our Kickboxing class offers excellent cardio workout while learning to throw a basic punch and kicks against a Muay Thai or Wavemaster bag.  Students benefit from great overall cardio workout, relieves stress, promotes weight loss, increase physical fitness and conditioning, and its a great introduction to martial art.  We have great upbeat high energy music that will keep you motivated.  
In our Mixed Martial Arts class, students can benefit from learning stand up, take downs and ground techniques.  Many elements of traditional as well as modern styles are incorporated within our MMA curriculum for those who are interested in becoming well rounded fighters.
Our Combat training class is part of MMA class however, we offering this class as a separate program for those who just want the condition training based on combat format.  Many of our Kickboxing students are also adding on the Combat Training program so that they can learn the techniques of ground offense and defense and get an awesome added workout.
Whatever your interest is, we have a class for you, just come for two free trial workouts with no strings attached!  Our classes are complete and comprehensive in each area of disciplines we offer.
